With 9 years of experience across marketing, operations, content, and business strategy, Starr blends sharp commercial thinking with a deeply human approach to growth. She is also a qualified Breathwork facilitator, which informs her regulated, sustainable leadership style and the way she supports clients to scale without burnout.

As founder and strategic lead, Starr oversees everything from high-level strategy and offer architecture to systems, messaging, and execution. She’s known for seeing both the big picture and the fine detail, building businesses that are not only profitable, but functional, aligned, and built to last.
